Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to thegt baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

To reduce after delivery weight, it is important to take special care of your diet with less of fat rich foods and more of protein and fiber rich foods alongwith variety of fluids. Start doing skin toning exercises like brisk walking, squats, jogging, cycling, breathing and Yogasanas. Avoid eating packaged and fried food items. Drinking warm lemon or jeera water in the morning will help too.
