my baby has a noisy breathing the past 2,3 days because of cold. she has no fever but has mucus type in her airways. What medicine should I give her?

A. Wikoryl af is an amazing anti-allergic that can be given to the child but you should consult your doctor first because this is for running nose and sneezing if the mucus has just been stuck into the nose then you can give steam and you can also put nasal drops
