my 4 month old baby girl has small bumps on face, arms and legs. can you please share the reason and solution for it.

Atogla cream you can apply as of now that’s going to be a good option for you to get rid of the issue that is there and you can use it 3 to 4 times in the day and avoid applying soap and all on the face for the time we just wash it with plain water which will be very helpful right now
