My 3 month old baby has very mild cold and little watery type from nose from some days. please suggest which medicine safe to give to treat mild cold for baby

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used ghin a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frjequently .
