Q.

My 2 months 15 days baby boy facing issue with motions from last 3 days. Everyday five to six times is going for motion with samll quantity. Need to go hospital or we can do something in home only

A. Stool pattern of small children changes from time to time. It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also. The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semi liquid then there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour as well as the smell of the stool Also strainingg and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal. the crying of the child is due to colic pain and not due to constipation

A. You need to be careful on what you eat. Eat healthy food only the food you intake may not good for your baby stomach. You should better go to the doctor he/she can give you suggestions or medication.

A. But baby is not suffering, baby is normal as usual like how is in normal days. then it is ok?

A. 5 to 6 times motion is normal but if you have a doubt that this could be loose motion then in that case it is going to be better that you just take an assistance with your doctor because sometimes kids can suffer with loose motion at this age also
