A. always apply oil in the perianal area / diaper area which will help in decreasing the rash. for normal rash you can apply coconut oil and if it is increasing then go for different rash cream which isd available in the market like rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal. if there is erosion of the skin and some bleeding is present then add t-bact cream to the diaper rash cream. if still not improving then meetd your doctor.
