I'm getting cold again and again that's why my weight is not gaining

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl6 days agoA. hi frequent cold is a sign of allergic reaction or it can be a sign of low immunity. In allergic issue ,you need to consult your doctor who will prescribe necessary test and give medicine accordingly. but if you have this problem because of low immunity then I would suggest to drink luke warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and tulsi leaves daily in morning.
