I have a heavy postpartum hair fall. can I use hair growth serum while breastfeeding?. kindly suggest some brand please.

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician7 months agoA. Hair growth serum are locally acting and hence can be safely used even when your breastfeeding your child. Make sure that you’re not MINOXEDIL for your hair because that is not recommended while breastfeeding

Have iron calcium and multivitamin for at least six months you should go ahead with making an onion coconut oil which is going to help in controlling your hair fall and any good shampoo which is chemical free so that’s going to help them you can check with your doctor what’s going to be the best I think B body wise is supposed to be very good
