Q.

I have a baby of 2 months now and I want to rejoin to my job by his 4th month.. so how can i breast feed him.. if i am using breast pump, at what time i can pump breast milk to save for next day.. how much ml of milk we will get from one pumping session..? please help me find answer for these

A. Hi You must pump every 3rd or 4th hour consistently everyday. This gives you 5-6 pumping sessions a day. Each session needs to be 30-45 mins long to obtain good amount of milk. If you follow this, you would very easily get 500 ml to 600ml of milk per day. But don’t worry about quantity as this is likely going to increase every 3rd day with consistency. Storage tips: refrigerated milk can be used till 4 days, frozen milk can be used up-till 4-6 months. All the best. Happy Parenting

A. hello you can express the milk and store it for the baby as much as possible and the remaining you can be giving your child infant formula milk stage one like nan pro n similac using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which can help n safe too
