I am 11 weeks pregnant. this is my second pregnancy, and my first baby is 3 years old. main kuch bhi khaa rahi hu... mujhe pet me esa lagta hai... jese bht garmi ho gayi... aur fauran se toilet jana padta hai.... potty bhi jese normally hoti hai wese nhi ho rahi.. thoda loose type ho rahi hai... garam baadi cheeze me khud nhi khaa rahi.... par weakness bht hai.... please parents and dr suggest me what can I do
