Hi my son is 11 months old he got his 2 lower teeths but the upper 2 teeth still not came down from gums what can be the problem?

A. It will come don’t be in a hurry because a lot of people do not know that the first teeth can come by the age of 17 is they are already visible it may take about a month or 2 to completely come out but right now there is no problem
