Hi..my baby urinates atleast 10-11 times a day...but wo urine paas krti h kbhi kabar 2-3 hours ke baad and th uska urine bht yellow aata h..is it a sign of dehydration or itni der baad urine paas krti h is wajh se ho rha h...

A. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour. the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worrye if the child is not having any other complaint. there is no problem if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night

A. If your child is passing urine 10 to 11 times in the day there is no question of dehydration but yes sometimes when you see the child is passing during two or three hours little bit of yellow colour can be seen which is completely normal
