Hi kya kisi ko sir dard or chakkar jaisa feel hota hai pregnancy k starting se mujhe ais hai feel hota hai jiski es wajah se main jyada der khadi nhi rh pati hu. Please batana agar kisi ko aisa feel hota hai to.

A. Every person has its own symptoms in pregnancy so yes it may be associated with your tiredness and some stress and anxiety also and deficiency can also b a big reason so please do check with your doc
