Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi mom. this is quite normal for the kids to have skin in this way as it doesn't indicate any kind of problem. if you want you can apply good moisturizer or can massage with the oil and once the child will grow it will go away. it doesn't need any kind of treatment.
