Q.
hello Experts, my baby is 2.5 months old. As his eye sight is set he is enjoying looking at fan, curtains,toys. He loves to see moving items as he wants to play a lot he is not sleeping well though he is sleepy. He is waking up within few minutes and observes all lights,fans etc. How can I make him fall asleep? I m feeling helpless and tired.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. for making the child sleep you can do the following things you can swaddle the child to make the child comfortable you can sing a song / lullaby you can use a cradle or swing you can go for a car ride with the childc keeping the child on your shoulder you can walk briskly you can keep the chxild in between both the legs and gently swing the legs both sides. sleeping pattern gradually improves with increasing age of the child .
