include seasonal fruits and vegetables like mangoes, watermelon, Muskmelon, oranges ,grapes , ice apples etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods
include health drinks like coconut water, aam.panna , lemon water , saunf water , etc.
give small and frequent meals. avoid force feeding.
include all the food groups.
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon basically you can continue giving all kinds of food avoid giving very heavy food to the baby and also I would recommend you to give lots of liquid diet to the child including nimbu pani fresh fruit juices
