#asktheexperts Recently he has undergone adenoid hypertrophy issues during winter and is now doing good after taking mometasone spray for about two months. Could you please share your expertise on how to manage the situation so that it may not occur again.

A. Actually I must tell you if the problem is much higher in the grade then these medicines is only help to explain if you’re looking for a permanent solution that actually surgery helps a lot in getting rid of it on a permanent level
