Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hey! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet to increase the breast milk production. Remember that the more your baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better will be the supply.
