#asktheexperts my baby boy's bilirubin is 8.5 . should i seek medical help or any advice from your side ma'am ?

Avinash GuptaFather of a 5 m old girl4 months agoA. As per doctors Bilirubin below 13 is something not to worry. No photo therepy or medicinal attention is required. However, it is always adviced to consult doctor.

It is actually very less but still of course since it’s a newborn child we should never take a chance to talk to your doctor see what they have to suggest and you should keep your child into indirect life for 30 to 40 minutes twice in a day this will help in good absorption of vitamin D will help in reducing jaundice levels
