#asktheexperts my 2.5 yr old speaks only single words. Understand everything and super active in physically activities. Is it concern of delay in speech!

A. Yes mam now it would be a delay in the speech because in this age also if your child is only speaking one word then it is definitely some problem with the speech you can take an assistance with a speech therapist so better clarity over the situation
