#asktheexperts I am 10 week pregnant, suffering from severe hyperemesis. carrying twin pregnancy. Doxinate is not effective at all. I am scared to take emset due to it's potential side effects. kindly suggest.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 days agoA. You should talk yo your gynaecologist and don obe thing have smaller meals instead of big heavy meals and you can keep imli goli as it improves digestion and reduces nausea as well

Emset is a medicine which is suggested for the kids also so I do not think so would have any potential side-effect so if your doctor has recommended you then you should go ahead with it and if you’re so scared and check with your doctor for other alternative
