ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. If baby us passing loose and foul smelling motions and immediately after giving solids so the baby us not able yo digest it so start giving ajwain water or saunf ka paani and if loose motions then give ORS and zinc drops
