Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Try to feed the baby more frequently as more the demand is, the supply becomes more. Massaging of breasts also help. Breast compressions also help. Eat a well balanced and healthy diet. Drink lots of water. Sleep for ample amount of time. Do not take stress. Eat a bowl of oats and sabudana everyday. Include drumsticks, garlic, green leafy vegetables, fennel seeds, cumin seeds in your diet.
