Ma’am very honestly constipation is completely normal to be seen in this age because when you start giving food the system takes time to process which is why this happens the other thing is that iron supplement can also lead to constipation which is why you have been asked to stop and whatever your doctor has suggested is perfectly good just try to include more of fluids and fibre in the diet
