Arnika is frequently prone to stomach infection. she is 2.3yrs, should I try giving her VASU Swarnaprashan? It's ayurvedic and I guess there will be no side effects. Please give your suggestion.

A. It’s actually good for building immunity but if you have started giving you and if you see some benefits and very good but if the stomach infection is persisting every now and then then please understand the reason behind it also sometimes it is due to dirty and unhygienic habits kids have been picking up things from here and there and eating keeping dirty hands in the mouth so you really need to work upon hygiene of your child
