7months boy temperature is high in morning time

Mam if it is high then immediately take a temperature with the thermometer you’ll come to know whether it is fever or not because sometimes the body temperature is 97 to 98 or maybe 98.5 and it seems like fever but it is not so you need to be more sure about it and if it is fever check with your doctor
