ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi it's okay maximum upto the age of 18 months, babies can get their first milk teeth..so don't be tensed and wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething

Jasmine KaurMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, baby's first tooth can erupt any time in between 4th months to 15th month of age. But beyond that period you must consult with your paediatric once. Give supplements also like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
