since my baby has low birth weight of 2.2 kg for how many months do I have to wake him up every 2 hours for feed

A. dear mum , once your baby achieved 2.5 kg wt then u feed baby on demand , when baby wants n how much baby wants look for correct latch , at one session feed from only one breast
