My son who is 3 year old fell down while playing outside and his head directly hit on the tile floor. He has got a small bulging on his head. He didn't express any other symptoms other than the pain in the bulged part. What we need to take care in this situation

A. it is very important to observe the baby at least for one day if baby is having any vomitings if baby is comfortable no need to worry about o k
