Madam sweets are very unhealthy no matter what you give so you’ll have to Richt the amount by saying that I will give you one after lunch and one after dinner so this is how you can help your child to moderate the amount of sweets plus prefer giving sweet sauce are made out of jaggery and dates rather than refined Shukar
