my son is suffering from tighting of stool and not eating anything please suggest me the tips

A. Mam currently you need to clear the system of the child to give more of liquid base diet to the child and check with your doctor to give one dose of tool softener and insert a suppository in the anal region of the child will pass smooth motion after that once the stomach will be clean and clear you can give better diet and try to include more fluid and fibre in the diet for better digestion and please consult your doctor
