my son is not eating anything...and whatever he is eating he vomits it from yesterday mid night

It Change your child is going through some issue maybe it could be indigestion or anything else related with the stomach area of your child kindly get a check with your doctor ones because a proper assessment of your child would be required before that tell you the correct reason and medicine for this
