my son is 7.5kg ,doctor prescribed simyl oil, iron syrup but still he is underweight is that fine even though weight is less he is active and eats the problem is after every meal he poops, in a day min 4-5 times he poops

So the problem basically is despite of eating well your child is not gaining weight so the problem with the child is having indigestion issue she has you mentioned the child is pooping after eating which is indicating that the body is not registering or digesting the food and throwing it out so you need to work upon digestion of the child
