Q.

My kid is not outspoken and afraid to handle things if someone said or fight, when told to reciprocate and answer, she said, she can only say one time and sometimes she doesn't know what to say them and she can not fight and hit anyone. What to do? How to make her strong and be ready for every challenge.

A. Self Defence is generally very important specially when it is girl , these days you should definitely It self defence to the child apart from that what I meant was the reciprocating was that if somebody is hitting you unnecessarily you say no once you say no twice third time you also give it back to the person but that’s for the people who are kids not older people that also you have to teach your child to maintain a line of respect and self defence

A. Just Keep counselling your child over and over don’t restrict your child from doing certain things because what happens is from the childhood itself when we keep saying no don’t do this thing don’t hate other person don’t talk like this a child suppresses its personality over the period which we do not realise so as of now just you know encourage your child to do certain things which are good not hitting other people but yes in defence you should always if somebody is hitting you you should defend yourself and if needed you can also reciprocate the same thing
