My kid is 3 years old his fever come again and again and he is not eating well last few days

A. Blood test is normal bt he has pain in stomach and fever is grade 102

A. Get your child check for viral or any other kind of fever which is not a normal fever because of fever and constant medication if you’re giving any that can be a very big reason behind loss of appetite so try to keep your child on a liquid diet plus start with a B complex supplement please do not miss on getting a blood test done
