my girl baby is 81dys old.. she is not looking to my face. she is not smiling back at me. i am worried abt ths. everyone are saying the child wil have prblm. she z able to hear sounds. she wil look into the face of strangers. what i need to do

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 months old now see if she tries to catch a colourful toy or follows a colourful ball when moved in front of her face.if not kindly visit your pediatrician

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom No there is no issue with this. Every baby development cycle is different. Some babies clothes milestones early and some takes time. So you should not worry about it at all. If your baby is active and taking proper feed then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
