Q.

My daughter is very reluctant to do potty and susu without diaper ...have tried all possible ways but she would hold it in till we give diaper. Also inspite of her food habits being good and is having fibre and water sometimes she has constipation because she is not doing it daily. We tried to make her sit for potty daily but she just wouldn't budge ...does it only when she feels like.

A. Ma’am you have to explain it to the child that how unhealthy and unhygienic it is to poop into the diapers and it’s so dirty for you to clean those diapers you have to gradually make the child understand that how people being older are using the commode in the same way the child also has to start using it slowly with regular counselling it will get better you just have to be little more firm with your child with the counselling
