my daughter is 5 year old she is having loose motion for previous ten days with foul smell i an giving her zincup but its not working what is the reason? what to do?

A. Hello mama loose stools are due to bacterial infection in stomach... continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor .. At home give rice water 3-4 tsp at a time two three times a day. This will help to bind the stool and give relief .. Also apple , banana , coconut water , curd also helps in firming the stool and keep gut healthy
