Q.
My daughter is 15 month … old . She have very good appetite .so mostly time she have rice but now she is having very bad constipation… like very very bad.. so I want to know some other recipes for my daughter . And I think coz of three time of rice she having hard stool?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. yes know what s. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hi you should offer water at regular intervals. try to offer fiber rich food items like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child which make digestion easy. give massage to your child daily encourage your child to do more physical Activities ,it will help to ease digestion.
