my child is less than six months old he has mood swings and is very restless can't make him sit quietly for a second also.is very active also.sleeps very less mostly in my arms.is it any behaviour disorder??

It’s a common behaviour of the child as the child grows after the age of three months they are more active because they see so many things around them they want to touch everything in their reach and they are very hyperactive which is normal the restlessness could probably be associated with teething
