My child is 20 months old. His weight is 10.5 and since 3 months he is not gaining weight. There is no compromise in his food. He is super active and all then whats the reason? Plz advise

A. Sometimes you do digestion related issues and also sometimes due to nutritional deficiency despite of eating while kids do not gain sufficient amount of weight when this kids if you want you can definitely take an assessment with your doctor once
