my child is 15 days old and she need milk after every 1 or 1.5 hour and she only takes breast milk and no formula milk is offered. Is it normal to be hungry after every 1 or 1.5 hour or does that mean milk supply is low

santhakumarGuardian of a 3 m old girl2 weeks agoA. It's Completely normal.. Newborn baby often wants to feed every 1 to 3hours. Sometimes even more Frequent. Have very small stomachs. Digest breast milk quickly. Need frequent feeding for both nutrition and comfort So feeding every 1–1.5 hours is not unusual at all.
