AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy15 hours agoA. Hello mama For weight increase include ghee ,dry fruits, banana shake ,egg ,rice ,potatoes, paneer etc in diet of ur child For height increase indulge the child in some physical activity like hanging, stretching, playing basket ball , swimming etc.
