A. After delivery, losing belly fat can take time and patience. To reduce it effectively, focus on a combination of healthy eating, regular exercise, and adequate rest. Include a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains while avoiding processed and sugary foods. Gentle postpartum exercises like walking, pelvic floor exercises, and gradually adding core strengthening can help tone your belly. Breastfeeding also helps burn extra calories. Always consult your doctor before starting any workout, especially after delivery. Consistency is key—give your body time to recover and gradually slim down.
