Q.

My baby weight is very less so I just want to ask that top feed will be good or breast feed is good or multiple feed will workout

A. It is expected that the child should gain at least half a kilogram in a month if your child is gaining well with the feed that you are already giving to the child then there is no need to give formula otherwise you can start giving formula
