my baby upper teeth has not yet come what do I do is there any problem

A. So what is the issue here that I’m not understanding that the upper teeth hasn’t come but has the lower one come because it is important that the teeth should come whether it is the upper one or the lower one it actually doesn’t make a difference and when do they come that is alright
