Q.

My baby is almost 3 months old. I haven't breast fed the baby for almost 3 months due to pain during baby sucking. I have tried expressing but very little milk comes. Can I fix this issue at this point. Can I breast feed my baby and increase the milk supply at this point

A. You can take Shatavari powder if it helps in increasing your lactation both seems to be very difficult because three months have already passed but you can drive this supplement a good diet and plenty of fluid if it helps in increasing your lactation
