Moong pulses you can give like water and then dal water you can give you can give rice water to the child and slowly you can shift to all kind of fruits and vegetables purée you can also add all kind of spices salt Desi ghee to the food that you are giving for proper flavour I’m suggesting you on the basis of what my doctor advised me
