Q.

My baby is 4 months and 15 days old I feed him 40 minutes but after he plays only for 10 minutes then he again demands feed . Is my milk not enough for him ? Everyone around me tells me I'm very stressed and they also give formula to my baby 2 to 3 times a day . What can I do?

A. Namaste Mom, Please do not stress, at times it looks baby is taking feed , but in reality that is not the thing they just love to latch on & which feels like they are taking the feed, try to feed them away from any distractions as such, have an eye contact with the baby while feeding , talk and sing for them , so that this way they actively take proper feed,

A. No no that is practically not possible that you’re feeding for 40 minutes and the child is hungry there is some issue other than the feed I believe you should consult your doctor or a lactation specialist once regarding the situation and please don’t pay attention to what people have to say always consult your doctor in case of any doubt
