My baby is 3 years old . He only speaks words like maa papa pani roti. Not the full sentences . He do no like the books whenever i try to show him a picture he throw away the books . What to do

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello! By this age, the child should be actually developing a good vocabulary and be able to form sentences meaningfully. Might need a medical evaluation to understand what exactly is the issue and how about so speak to your doctor for further guidance.
